Safety planning

Make a safety plan with an advocate

A safety plan covers where to go, what to take and who to tell. An advocate builds it with you, at your pace.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline has a safety planning guide and advocates who can talk it through. We do not build safety plans, but we can help you reach someone who does.
